- Include your name, the email or phone number associated with your account (or your client record, if you are a client of a WealthCoverAI agent), and a brief description of your request.
- We will verify your request and confirm identity where needed.
- We will delete or anonymize your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law (e.g. insurance regulatory recordkeeping requirements).
If you are a client of an insurance agent using WealthCoverAI and wish to have your data removed, we recommend contacting your agent directly, as they control the client records in their account; alternatively, you may email us at the address above and we will coordinate with the relevant agent.
