WealthCoverAI is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for insurance agents and wealth advisors in India to manage their client relationships, policy records, renewals, and communications.
WealthCoverAI is intended for licensed insurance agents, wealth advisors, and their authorized staff. By using WealthCoverAI, you confirm you have the right to store and process the client information you enter, including any consents required under applicable law.
All client, policy, and business data you enter belongs to you (the agent) and your agency. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to any third party. We use trusted infrastructure providers solely to operate the service on your behalf.
If you connect a WhatsApp Business Account or Google account, you authorize us to send messages on your behalf to your own clients — such as policy renewal reminders, appointment notices, and one-time login codes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent from your clients to message them, in line with WhatsApp's and Google's policies.
You agree not to use WealthCoverAI to send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates WhatsApp's, Google's, or Meta's policies, or to store or process data unlawfully.
WealthCoverAI is a record-keeping and communication tool. We are not an insurer, broker, or registered investment advisor, and nothing in the platform constitutes financial, legal, or insurance advice.
We aim to keep WealthCoverAI available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the extent permitted by law, WealthCoverAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WealthCoverAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
