WealthCoverAI ("we," "us") is a CRM platform for insurance agents and wealth advisors in India. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Agent account details (name, email, phone, license number), and the client/policy/investment data agents enter into the platform to manage their own book of business. We do not sell this data to any third party.
To operate the CRM — storing records, sending reminders and renewal notices, powering AI-assisted document extraction and message drafting, and enabling the optional Customer Portal and self-service client forms. We use trusted infrastructure providers (Supabase for database/storage/hosting, Vercel for application hosting, Resend for transactional email, OpenRouter for AI processing) solely to provide the service.
If an agent connects their own WhatsApp Business number or Google account, we use those connections only to send messages/emails on that agent's behalf and to import contacts they choose to import — never to access unrelated data.
